Payments from Us to Namibia

I Am a new host. I had my first guest. I received my first payment but it is less. I am supose to get N$772 . That is after the service was deducted.  I only received N$695.16 in my account. Then AIrbnb took another N$100 from my account. So I only received N$595.16.

Is this right?
