Payments returned by my bank

Hi, I set my payment method to be a bank transaction and payoneer, nevertheless my bank could not receive payments so returned the payments. I already changed the payment method to be only through payoneer. But the returned payments haven't been send again through payoneer. Any idea how to ask Airbnb to make the payments again?
