Expected date of payment in my bank account was November 8, 2019 today is Nov 18, 2019. I am still waiting for my payment. I booked long term (30 night) I am worried where are the payments? Although I received previous small payments on time in a same bank account. Kindly help & suggest me what can I do?

Can't reach air bnb by call, I leave them msjs twice (1 msj 6 days ago & another 1 just today) still waiting for their response.
