Payoneer does not appear in my payout method choices.

My Payoneer account is linked with Airbnb ID I was able to verify this with Payoneer.  I have in the past received payments to this Payoneer debit card account from Airbnb succesfully.  But now the option to select Payoneer in payout methods is gone.  I can not even see my Payoneer account from Airbnb as if its deleted. I've tried to re-add the ccount many times without success.  Payoneer Support says its definately something that needs toi be fixed on Airbnb's end not their side.
