Hello, have finally started to host on airbnb, am based in UAE and have attempted to add a Payout Method in UAE via Bank Transfer in AED.
I have added a number of UAE bank accounts and everytime I submit the form (which I beleive is provided by Payoneer) after a few seconds I receive an email from Payoneer saying the following:

I have contacted airbnb support on numerous occasions and they tell me to go talk to payoneer, i talk to payoneer and they say that it is an airbnb issue.
So at the moment I have added PayPal payout. I would prefer adding the account pertaining to each listing...

I finally found the right contact/team in Airbnb who were able to resolve my issue. It took them about 7 working days to fix the problem and have been receving my payment without any issue from Payoneer in UAE.
I have had the same issue getting payments in my Vietnam account. Six failed payments, after tweaking the bank account details to try to make it work. I too am using Paypal as a back up but the fees make it a less favourable option. Can you give me the contact details for whoever can help resolve this? I have found Payoneer useless, and Airbnb blamed Payoneer.
Your best avenue of help is to get your case referred to the payments team or a payments specialist. The person who helped me resolve this was Gin, if you can,have your case routed to Gin, who kept me updated all through out. Overall it took about 2 to 3 weeks to get it fixed from beginning to end, I was also sent back and forth between Airbnb and Payoneer.

Having same issue - Airbnb has not paid for 3 weeks now. For no reason at all, our bank account (which has been active on Airbnb for more than 2 years) is now showing inactive. Calling Payoneer and Airbnb daily now - without any solutions! Limited teams due to Covid on both Airbnb and Payoneer side - means total lack of customer support and help. No one can tell us why and any new account added is also not working.
Feels like someone is holding the money and/or there is an issue with Payoneer and Dubai/UAE banks.
Anyone else having same issue lately?
Hi @Anna9048 , I have not had any issues lately with payouts from Airbnb. Saying that, I have not had a guest or any pending payouts since mid-May, but all payouts have been working well since last year once the right people in Airbnb and Payoneer talked to each other.
Hi I have a problem too I haven’t got my payment from Airbnb 2 weeks now tried call from Thailand and after loosing so much on phone calls still have receive anything definite from Airbnb. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
