Hi, guest checked in 19/9/16 but my payout still not release. I did contact Help Center last night and they asked me to wait untill this morning , but payout still pending.

My guest extended her monthly stay, I got a new e-mail
From Aibnb to sat my guest is cheching in on the 09 Sept 2016 but still NO payout. I messaged on the Airbnb facebook page 48 hours ago but still no help. Where can I call please I am desperate - my payment only says 'pending'

I'm sorry to hear you're all having issues with receiving your payment. How long it takes depends on your payment method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status. 

If you still want to contact airbnb, this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.

hey @Kirstie I have the same issue. I am waiting for a payout from over a month ago Aug 27 - Sep 3, 2016 and another one from a check-in 48 hours ago Oct 3 - 6, 2016. Can you please help process these payments and/or have someone contact me directly? Thank you! 🙂
