Payout Method

Hi, please advise regarding the payout methods available for ZAR in South Africa. There was a direct deposit method to a local bank account available some time ago; but since discontinued. Is there a replacement method that does not carry the same high transactional fees as the alternatives such as PayPay?

Hi Michael, I am in Cape Town and Airbnb pays it into my Standard Bank account. Has your bank maybe stopped receiving foreign currencies?

We use Nedbank and payments go direct to our account, however I have put a minimum payout amount under my AirBnB settings so I reduce bank charges. In effect I pay one transaction fee, for several stays and it works very well. Of course the downside is you may have to wait for a few stays to hit your minimum payout level.

How did you go about getting paid into your Standard Bank account? New at this and have no idea how to get paid?
