A problem I'm encountering is when I have a bad guest I want to tell Airbnb about, but to do so a review must be posted after which the host can add a private message to Airbnb that won't be shared with the guest. I know the review system is extremely important to the Airbnb system, however, there are cases when it would be bad for me to post a negative review and I certainly don't want to give a thumbs up to these people - mainly when the guest(s) live within three hours of my listing home (in a large city) and can easily come back to cause problems. I only want to do this when the guest has been a serious problem, so retaliation from a negative review such as damage to my home would be highly likely. So in these cases, I leave no review to keep myself and my property safe. However, I would greatly appreciate a private way to write Airbnb about the problems encountered, perhaps when I report and block them there could be a "reason" area where comments may be entered. It would not be appropriate to use customer service for this since there's nothing specific for them to do - and I'm sure they are busy enough helping handle immediate problems.
