cancelation

hi last night a person checked in and then left the same night because she got another apart for free, how do I write to airbnb to be sure to get my money

You don't need to do anything.  The guest needs to cancel their reservation and she will be held to your cancellation policy.

Hi the guest keeps on claiming her money back, she reserved the appartment for 3 days, cancelled after two days with Airbnb, she took the keys and was in the appartment. Its really annoying.

Hi thank you yes. I did recieve the money, and was very pleased. My canclation policy was flexible, 24 hours prior. The person that rented my flat came and took the keys and then in the evening went somewhere else where she got a free location. A friend of a friend. She thought that flexible ment she could leave when she wanted. She wrote to me and offered to pay one night but I already recieved the payment.

I would message BNB to let them know what has happened in case the guest doesn't cancel with them. Then you will have a record of what happened.
