Hi,
I’ve had emails saying I need to update payment info by 4th Sept. rather than click the link in the email i’ve gone to the website - no request to update anything on my profile page. However the latest stay has not been paid.
I’ve gone to payment settings and do not want to change the bank account.
Any advice gratefully received!

@Claudia-and-Chris0 Update payment info doesn't mean you have to change anything, just verify that what is there is correct. I did this a few months ago after recveiving that same email. But for the life of me, I can't remember how I got to where I could check the box 🙂 You say it's not on your profile, but I think that's where I found it- all those icons come up and it was under one of those, I seem to recall (you may have to scroll down the page) Or click on the "Messages" on the top bar and maybe it's under Notifications? Or on the dashboard.
Good luck. Things really shouldn't be made so difficult and counter-intuitive to find. Seems to be an Airbnb specialty.

i’ve searched everywhere on the site to try to find the place to validate. They want me to add account information - from the email. No luck on the website.

@Claudia-and-Chris0 I understand your concern, especially when it comes to payment information. Why don't you contact Airbnb to make sure the email came from them and it's secure to click on that link, or where else on the site you might find the place to validate or add info.

Does anyone know how to send a payment request to a tenant that has moved out? We did not include a cleaning payment with the ARBNB listing and are trying to bill our tenant that is being paid through insurance and we need to issue a request through ARBNB
