Payout from a canceled long term guest

Hello everyone,

                              Would anyone know when Airbnb deposits a payout amount from a canceled long term guest? I had a guest who booked for two whole months, then canceled less than 30 days before arrival and Airbnb charged them. I was considerate and refunded 1/2 of the amount back, but have yet to see my payout post to my account. I've tried writing in the help center, with no luck, I've tried looking for a number to try and call Airbnb, I dont think that even exists. So I've turned to my fellow hosts! Thanks in advance for any input. Sue
