I also have the same issue and no response so far. Pending Payment from Feb 2020 and July 2020.
Sorry but I have reached out to “the team” by phone, email, on this forum, and I keep getting the response that someone from a support team will contact me and they have not. My last payout was the end of May. I am not happy.
is anyone considering going to the news or proceeding with legal action for non payment? Payouts should occur second day of stay and I am now missing three payouts and I’ve got two upcoming stays and I’m really getting nervous about this.
some one needs to contact me or just pay out what is owed. What exactly is the problem?
I reached out to my local news investigating reporter tonight. This needs some serious publicity because its not an isolated incident as I was led to believe. I have $6200 owed to me by airbnb and no answers, no call backs, no help!

I simply don’t understand how Airbnb can charge the money for people staying in my house and turn around not pay me then make me wait weeks to get paid (I’m hoping I get paid but with no one responding in a timely way 🤷♂️)
I have been robbed!!! my payout was sent to someone else, to an unregistered payout method to some one i dont know. and airbnb is not taking responsability! my payout method on my profile has never been changed! and my last payout was sent to an unknown paypal account!!! I know receive an email from LINDA in the trust team that on their end everything looks fine. REALLY???? is not fine, where is my money.
AIRBNB IS BEING HACKED and are not taking responsability!! GIVE ME MY MONEY!
I am a smaller AIRBNB but I have an issue with my payouts often.
I have an issue over a week old with my payout of $393.00
I keep calling everyday and being told they will escalate top priority. I have yet to have this resolved and most importantly NO ONE is letting me know the status.
The Customer Service for Hosts is horrible!
Also waiting for payout here is ZA. A considerable amount of money: 1 month's rental. Left messages on FB and the community. Airbnb is "looking in to it". "Tracing" takes another 7 to 10 days and I am left hanging. Very very unsatisfactory. Will remove my house from airbnb as soon as this is resolved (hopefully). Too much frustration with payouts. Twice in a row now.
I am based in London and have been waiting weeks on a payout from Airbnb - I have contacted support and apart from telling me to delete and re-upload the app no one has been able to advise why my bank account or PayPal Is not being accepted. Please advise

Also documenting here, that I have not been paid for current guests who checked in on the 16th of July and are leaving today. No email and no call backs after reaching out to Airbnb several times. My first app message thread was deleted by Airbnb. The guest does not show in my Transaction dashboard at all. We are counting on our payouts to survive in these trying times of 0 payouts for multiple Covid cancellations totaling thousands. I have another guest checking in tomorrow, will they also be staying for free? While challenging at times, I love Airbnb and I love hosting. However, I absolutely cannot afford to foot the bill. Not getting paid is another unacceptable and unnecessary hardship. I'm concerned and confused at the vague explanation and lack of communication. Please restore my trust in the platform and issue payout asap for an excellent service provided which I have worked incredibly hard for.

Same EXACT experience here, @Sara1595. Guest checked in on 17th, checked out today, no record o the transaction in my history, lots of calls and texts and promises to respond, and NO PAYMENT, NO PROGRESS.

Any update? Ive spent 5 hours of my life the last 2 days trying to get this resolved as I am also missing Payment for July 16th booking. The support line is lacking "support". I get hung up on, messages on chat ended with no discussion and there is no proof that anyone is actually working on this for me?
There is No expected payment nor any Paid payment record for my booking.
Why do I have to chase Airbnb down for our money? I am a Superhost and ready to take my business elsewhere at this point. This is beyond acceptable.
