@Eduardo670 Hola Eduardo , im not on twitter , can I have an update on your case ? I am desperate for Help , Airbnb is not answering my messages on Chat , I call everyday and the once answer is that someone is looking into the case . I really appreciate if you can guide me or have any tips to solve this problem . many thanks

I am having the same problems , Airbnb owe me around 17.000 AUD and I have more bookings coming up . how did your case end ? how long it took for you to receive your Payments? I am really worried because I was counting on this money to Pay Insurance of the House etc . I really appreciate an answer from you . Many Thanks

Unfortunately my case remains exactly the same, with no solution. There are 8 accommodations from October and November that Airbnb has not paid me even though they have already made all the charges to the guests; and at this time from Airbnb they only give me vague answers and so far they do not give any proof of bank transfer. Personally, I stopped working with Airbnb until they fixed my payouts, since I couldn't keep doing it for free. Today I am working with other applications and without problems to keep my business running. In social networks there are many claims for Airbnb payouts, both from guests and hosts, making it clear that the problem is massive. I can only tell you that I will not be quiet until Airbnb recognizes my payouts.

 

@Eduardo670  thanks for your answer . I have filed a complain on Fair Trading Department here in Australia . hoping to get help 

this is not my account. this payout was made to someone else, this email address Sunanxxxx@126.com looks like a chinnese address. AIRBNB IS BEING HACKED and are not saying the truth.... GIVE ME MY MONEY

I’ve not received my payout it bad they want you to host but won’t payout 

Hi,

I am having several issue with the payout- guests already left - no payment received and hosting some new one and same issue.

I have been in touch with the Airbnb support by chat and phone and they Insist on replying to an Airbnb email which we have replied and done what they asked for - I have even sent them the screenshot of their response by email in which they confirm that everything was OK and no further actions needed - 

After 10 days no sign of money and no assistance on this.

Hi!

I recieved an email from PayPal stating that I had a new payout from Airbnb & that It should be claimed. When I pressed claim, it took me to my PayPal account saying, "we're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think that this is an error, please reach out to the sender."

 

I contacted my guest & he sent me proof of payment as he paid through Airbnb.

 

I sent Airbnb a message on feedback as there's no one I can talk to directly & it brought me to this community center. 

 

I then got an email days afterwards from Airbnb staying that,

"We tried to send you money but there was a problem with your PayPal account. Please make sure your PayPal account doesn’t have any limitations and that it is entered correctly. To verify information regarding your PayPal account, please contact PayPal customer support directly.
After you have verified your details, please create a new payout method in your Payout Preferences.
Once a new payout method has been added, we will re-issue the payout. Please rest assured that we will hold the funds until you correct your Payout Preferences.

The Airbnb team"

I added a new PayPal account like stated in the email, hoping to settled my payout & leave airbnb for good.

 

I'm still awaiting my payout & a response from Airbnb.
