Hi!
I recieved an email from PayPal stating that I had a new payout from Airbnb & that It should be claimed. When I pressed claim, it took me to my PayPal account saying, "we're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think that this is an error, please reach out to the sender."
I contacted my guest & he sent me proof of payment as he paid through Airbnb.
I sent Airbnb a message on feedback as there's no one I can talk to directly & it brought me to this community center.
I then got an email days afterwards from Airbnb staying that,
"We tried to send you money but there was a problem with your PayPal account. Please make sure your PayPal account doesn’t have any limitations and that it is entered correctly. To verify information regarding your PayPal account, please contact PayPal customer support directly.
After you have verified your details, please create a new payout method in your
Payout Preferences.
Once a new payout method has been added, we will re-issue the payout. Please rest assured that we will hold the funds until you correct your Payout Preferences.

I added a new PayPal account like stated in the email, hoping to settled my payout & leave airbnb for good.
I'm still awaiting my payout & a response from Airbnb.
