Payout method "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again"

Hi,

I’ve hosted guests in January/Feb and since February I cannot add any payout method (paypal or bank transfer). When I add my address and then my paypal account (or bank account information), the following message appears: “Something went wrong, please try again”. I’ve tried from Firefox and Internet explorer, but same message. I’ve called 2 times the customer service which “cannot answer me, but they forward my request to the appropriate service”. It’s been 2 months and cannot get my money.

i also facing the same problem i dont know how to set up my account. is there any method of guide to lead me from Malaysia?
