Payout method update not working

I've been trying to change my payout method from bank transfer to PayPal (I'm in Estonia) couple of weeks now and I always get the same error (actually two errors, first is a server error 420 in error message bar, the other is 404 on the rest of the page), both in app and desktop. I also reported it as a bug but got no response. Anybody with similar problem? Better yet, anybody with a solution 😄

But I have a similar issue right now (actually started yesterday): I am not receiving payouts like normal. Usually the payouts arrive by bank transfer one day after they have been sent. After weekends payouts arrive Monday morning. Now I have about 500€ that have been “sent” but are still processing. Some of the payouts are almost a week old. 

I am wondering if this is a regional problem because I am in Helsinki.
