Payout method

Airbnb have deleted my payout method (bank account) after 4 years of trouble free payments.

Their system will now not accept the same account as the account is in Canada and my billing address is UK.

I've phoned 3 times but they just don't get it and tell me the problem is mine!

They're now holding onto several thousand dollars.

Help!

I have this too, though I am in Ireland. Trouble free payments for a year, then asking me to remove and re-add the same account. I can see the 'test' 1cent payments going in but it does not seem to register with AirBnB that the account is working OK.

Hi,  i am trying to remove/add my account but the system is setup for 28 digit for IBAN and my country Senegal west Africa  has 24 digit for IBAN. Can you help please

Argh! I much prefer to get checks. I am not a fan of e-payments. Was this ever resolved?
