Guests for two nights. They left a couple of hours ago. It is well past check out time. We still have not been paid by Airbnb and yes we did check our method of payment - not there.
We have had more than 500 guests and never had any difficulties. Any ideas?
I have had 3 payouts delayed from Airbnb this year, one was delayed by 2 months (!) and was only resolved after I called them. I have been a host for 3 years now and this was never previously an issue. I believe we are entitled to compensation for these late payouts - flat fee for every day's delay, just like they do in rental agreements.
