Payout nightly rate incorrect

have just had my first booking

the payout nightly  info sent by Airbnb , is much lower than the nightly rate on my calendar

Could it be that your weekly discount has kicked in ?  There is also an airbnb fee that will be deducted.

I have the same issue and I cannot figure out how this price difference of my nightly rate can be more than half, this is very frustrating, my nightly rate is R2600 and air bnb has charged the guest R600, Clearly this is very wrong??? no help or where do you go to get hold of a air bnb real person to help?

i had this problem because i pre approved someone then decided to change the prices, but they were locked in at the rate when i pre approved them.
