Payout not paid in two weeks

Hello!

Im really wondering what Airbnb is doing at the moment. I had guests for 6 days in the beginning of December and still I havent received the money. Ive called Airbnb three times under a week and every one of them has said that yes this is solved and you will get your money soon. Im really desperate what to do to get my money? Why can they be so irresponsible towards us hosts?
