Payout issue

Hello all, I have a payouts issue, my paypal account is having trouble. As I don't have real IP internet connections, it makes few problem. Anyway now I requested my guest to send me a payback request, so that I can pay him back and take cash from him. He did so, but I can't pay him back. Airbnb is asking my cards details, can't they pay him back from my Airbnb account ?
