I had a guest who extended their stay on their last day for another 10 days by request and I accepted his request with the new amount but the new amount the difference that the guest added was never sent to me.
I have called daily for the last 3 weeks but keep on getting the same reply that someone in charge will call or email me but so far nobody did.
Is there any way to contact someone more in charge than the Airbnb costumer service who can't help?
I have almost the same problem with normally payment didn't receive to my account I wait one week and didn't receive it but after booking days send me the payment to my account so I try to contact with my bank they give me directions to ask the sender bank ! I try to contact with Airbnb help center but they told me to wait more the payment send was from 14 may and it's not yet to my bank account ! How and who will help ?
