Payout pending

Hi

My payout method is pending and it says it will take upto 5 business days to get approved.

Will this affect the booking process of the client who is just about to confirm the booking of my property? Will he be able to pay?

This is not effect the other reservations...

@Andreas463  Yes, the guest will be able to pay. The $ is collected by Airbnb, and has nothing to do with your payout info, but with the guest's payment method. If it's your first booking, you will have to wait 30 days to get paid, then payments should come 24 hours after guest checks in.

@Andreas463  Yes, it is definitely true. It is the policy for all new hosts on their first booking. It's a way for Airbnb to assure that a new listing isn't somehow fraudulent or the host unclear on what is expected regarding host behavior. And I'm sure they like holding all those payments for 30 days for the interest they earn on it:-)

my some booking tax amount is pending so plz clear this amount as soon as posibale.
