For more than two and a half years we had been receiving payouts at our family bank account operated by my father, but ever since changing the currency (our rates used to be in USD and now they are in INR), we were asked to provide the bank details afresh (we are exactly what they were before), but despite doing that twice or thrice and filling out the questionnaire about the name of the bank account holder and my relationship to him, etc., we keep getting the same email suggesting we add a payout method. It seems to us that no one has actually looked at the amendments that we have made and registered the changes, and the system instead simply keeps sending us that one single email. I have personally talked to an Airbnb representative in Delhi, and my mother has talked to two of them during a meet in Kolkata, but that has not helped. Can somebody tell us EXACTLY what the problem is? We anticipate that the fact that my father is the bank account holder and all Airbnb work is done under my name (hence two different names) is part of it, but the point is, this is how it has always been. Why should this be a problem now? Can anybody please help?

We are new hosts and have already have had 2 guests. We have been unable to get the payout as it keeps coming up with an error. I have contact the Payoneer people and they say they cant help. I have tried several times so if anyone has any advice please let us know.
Also, how are the payouts sent - is it by International transfer or by direct credit? International transfer charges $15 per payout. Could someone please advise.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with changing your payout preferences. There is a help guide about payout preferences that may help some of you - it's worth having a look to see if any of the information is relevant to your situation.
Some of you do have quite particular issues that you will need to contact airbnb support team directly about - this Community Help Guide explains the best ways to get in touch with them.
