Payout preferences

Hallo,
I am a new host from Serbia and I need help with payouts. Between two offered options, I chosed Prepaid Master Card. After few days I received this card from Airbnb to my home address, with instructions to go to my bank with this card. But, in my bank, they don't know what to do with such card. Could somebody help me and explain me how to operate with this card, how to get payments on it?

Hi there@Dragana, welcome on board! For the Payoneer MasterCard, once you have received it, you need to activate it by going to the Payoneer website (instructions should have been included with the card) or calling Payoneer on 1 800 251 2521. It's a free call on Skype. Talking to them will also clarify why you were asked to go to your bank. You can also email them questions directly from their website. When it comes to making withdrawals, you can do these at certain branded ATMs or if by connecting the card to a local currency bank account (via the website).

Hello,

I am a new host from Belgrade, Serbia and i need help in order to set my payout preferences. I choose method International Wire in USD. Does anybody have experience with this method? A am aware that there is EBAN number and SWIFT Code and I get all that in my local bank but is there something else?How it works?Could somebody explain to me?
