Payout problem

Hello! Is there anyone who has problem with their payout? 

I contacted Airbnb they said there is no problem just wait. 

But still haven’t received the payout. 

It was supposed to land in my account on 12 of this month, but still no money.

I've been with Airbnb since 2014, until this year, I never had a problem with a payout method. THey have a bug in their system and they don't seem to either care or have the human capacity to fix the problem. They owe me over $1,600.00 canadian. Its really important that we speak up and make sure that we get paid or refuse to host.

I had this happen last week. When I spoke to Airbnb they told me to contact my bank which I  did. The bank then told me to contact Airbnb again.. I  was told it could take up to 7 days to arrive in my account. Then within a few hours it arrived in my bank account ! Hooray
