Payout problems

Hi.  How do I get in touch with Airbnb?  I dont see any contact details on the website.  I asked the community a few days back regarding a payout to an incorrect payout preference but  I have not had a reply to this.  I have now also had a problem trying to withdraw my payment using my Payoneer card.  The amount has been deducted from my balance but I did  not receive any money.  Who am I meant to contact to help with this?  Thanks Fiona

click on help, click on contact (left bottom side) , click on `my problem is about something else`  then hosting, then payouts.. fill in your concern....  Did this work/help?

I have the same problem and when write them, there is an outside note that says "Please not that this information is used only to improve your FAQ content and is not sent to our customer service team".

I unlisted from Airbnb for one year, now I listed the place but Western Union is no more accepted from Airbnb. So I filled the "wire transfer" but the infos they asked me are not enough to be paid since by bank uses another bank so I need to insert more that one SWIFT ect. 

I am desperate, I cannot find the way to get in contact with them!!
