Payout routing rules error message

Hello, 

I am trying to publish a listing for the first time. I have entered my payout details but when I proceed to publish the listing, I get the following message:

"Something went wrong - To activate your listing, please add a routing rule by going to Payout Preferences > Routing Rules."

What do I do to fix this?

I'm facing the exact same issue. Have tried going to Account > Payments and Payouts > Payouts but cannot find anything for payout preferences > routing rules. Please help.

Even I am facing the same issue and I cannot understand how to fix it.

Make sure you are on Payouts and not payments

Thank you , but i do not have the last tab you circled " payout routing rules" 

So I am not able to set my rules..

So the error persist

I'm facing the same issue. I've added my bank details in the payout tab and also updated routing rules as 100% deposit in the default bank a/c. However, when I try listing my property the same error message shows up! If anyone knows a solution to this problem, please help!

I AM ALSO FACING THIS ISSUE AFTER SUCCESSFULLY ADDING THE BANK ACCOUNT AND ALSO SETTING THE ROUTING RULES BUT THERE IS STILL AN ERROR MESSAGE BEING SHOWN REGARDING TO CHECK THE ERROR IN YOUR ROUTING RULE
