Payout transfer problem

I am new at Airbnb world, I have two listings , Two different guests reserved my listings in the two properties, in this moment I was not adding my payout preference yet, after that I added it but my bank account is by local currency (EGP) which is not supported by Airbnb and the two guests checked In on June 26,2017 and supposed the Airbnb made a verification about my account data and transfer the money on June 27,2017 , during this period I made a new bank account by (USD) as the reservation done by USD which is supported by Airbnb and I changed the payout preference to the new USD account and canceled the local currency bank account from Airbnb although Airbnb mentioned that the transfere is released to it, till now July 9,2017 I didn't receive the money in the both bank accounts. So what shall I do to resolve this problem & who do I need to contact with to get assistance??
