Dear all,
I am new in Airbnb, can you please help. I have my first reservation, and this is what I see (follow the link to see printscreen: http://prntscr.com/cgvhrj ). Reservation was made. It was 840$, the service charges were 25$, which makes it 815$. But than the payout was 715$!!!! But why?
Please help,
Thanks a lot,
Tigran
Ok, nevermind, seems like I found the answer. I had a canceled reservation before, which put my balance to -100$ before. Now when got the transfer for this reservation it automatically took out 100.
Keep checking on them however as they do make mistakes sometimes -they have on my account and I called and they reversed it.
Hi My payments are $1 short each time the nightly rate times the nights is short NZ$1 each time and this this before the 3% is taken.
I am looking for contact details to ask why but only getting online help your self will look for local phone to talk to a human.
thanks if any one knows what that about.
I just discounted my normal rent by $40 per night for a long stay. Generally I net out $13 less than my rate. This nets out at $26.43 less. What's up with that?
You'll need to give BNB a call if it relates to finances around your listing. Normally you will get your rate - 3%. If you are getting less contact them.

I got less payment from Airbnb. The transaction's history shows, that I had to earn 34 euro but instead of this ammount i got only 15 Euro. The bank said that they got only 15 euro.
Does someone have an idea with possible solution?
I suppose, the difference has been taken by the bank as a fee.
Hi @Mate4,
Welcome to the Community Centre!
Perhaps you could contact Airbnb in order to get more clarification about this. I was able to find a how to contact Airbnb guide in the Community Centre.
Please let us know the outcome.
