Hello

I am new here and getting ask by a customer to stay for 3 month. i made him a special offer.

it would be my first booking? 

when can i expect my payout for this booking? monthly or after 3 month?

It will be monthly, but if you are a new host, first payment can be delayed 30 days. Please note this is a 'long term stay" with special cancellation policy. Please read:

Hi,

I understand the monthly payout if over 28 days. What if I send the guest a special offer, is the special offer paid all at one? Would Airbnb divide the special offer by the 48 days the guest is staying to get the montly payout?
