I got an email notification from Airbnb confirming payment amount of £188, but only £154 arrived in bank account.

The guests are staying for 8 nights, not sure why this has happended, there seems to be no way to contact Airbnb to find out.

Did you check in the transaction history in your airbnb profile, @Margaret248, how the reservations correspond to payouts? Maybe you owed something to Airbnb, some penalties or refunds that you had made?
