After setting my payout preference, how long will take for me to get paid?

It depends on a number of factors: whether you use a bank or Paypal for example. Paypal is usually instant and without fees, whereas using a bank usually takes longer (up to 5 days) and there may be fees charged for transfers.

In addiition it depends on whether it qualifiies as a long term stay (ie over 28 days) in which case you  are paid (approximately) monthly

@Barbara783, you normally get paid the day after a guest checks in.

If you are a new host, all payments will be held until 30 days after the day your first booking was confirmed (not the check in day, but the date you received your first confirmed reservation).

Once this 30 days time period is over, you will be paid on the day after check-in for each guest all the time.

I have a balance now of over $1700.

It has been renting out the house since mid November.

I just wanted to make sure that I have the payment process

set the right way.

@Barbara783 you should have been paid by now if your guests have been staying with you since November. You should probably double check that your payment preference has been set up properly.

What method did you choose for being paid?
