The payout information in my account is different than what the guest said they paid.  In the transaction history, I see the payout to me, the cleaning fee and the Airbnb fee but there is still $315.00 that is not accounted for??

Would anyone know why?

HI,

The reservation makes clear what is going to be paid to you. You mentioned it allready and i assume the amount is correct ?

The guests also have to pay servicecosts to Airbnb (can be appr. 11 to 15%), on top on what they have to pay for the accomodation. You can see this figures also yourself when simulating a booking on your own listing. Best regards, Emiel

@Patty76 Abb does not show you what they collect in tax, their fees and/or currency conversion.
