Payouts not being recieved

Good Afternoon

I wonder if anyone can help me or give me assistance. i had guests stay from the 31 March until the 8th of April 2018. The payout said it was initiated on 1 April 2018 and Estimated deposit was on the 4th April 2018 with a bank deposit into my account. The money still has not been paid into my account i have been into the bank and they say there have been no payments made into my account.

Is there a contact i can call to find out about this?
