The last few payments I have received are unusual. I'm a UK host. Is anyone else receiving different payouts than expected. Prior to the last couple of weeks, amounts were always in whole £'s eg £37/ £110 etc. The amounts that are showing in my most recent bookings as the expected payout are still showing as whole £'s but Airbnb are paying different amounts into my account. For example, the £47 expected last week was paid at £47.24 - MORE than expected and an odd amount. The payout today was expected to be £35 but I was paid £34.70, LESS than expected. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks, Tina
@Tina227 I noticed that recently Airbnb doesn't round up or down (sometimes and seems random). I have several reservations that do not get round up or down as well.
so for the one that you get more, that means that Airbnb doesn't round down and for the one you get less means Airbnb doesn't round up. However, if you do the manual calculation of total reservation and do the 3% commission cut, it should match the total without being round up or down.
Thanks Farah, at least I know it is not only me! It does seem odd that it suddenly started to happen. I've had almost 100 payouts from Airbnb and they've never done it before. I'll check the calculations as you say, just to be sure I'm not being paid less at least. Thanks again, Tina
