Please booking price is decreased with Host Service Fee (mostly 3% + VAT).

I have the same thing. The amount per night is not equally correctly. Usually $2-$3 off. Then other payouts will be too much by $1.00. Emailing Airbnb... it's annoying to keep track of this!
