Pending guest reviews

Ihave had a few requests rto host and I know the travelers can look at reviews about us. But when I recive a request it has verifications with a number and then Reviews with a number eg 20 reviews but i cannot look at the reviews.  How do I do this.  I should be able to look at the pending guest reviews if i am inviting them into my home.  Please tell me how I do this.

I have my first reservation request but want to make sure this is a safe guest. How do I see reviews of this guest from his other stays.
