Pending payout

I am charging $65 per night. Plus $10 for the 2nd guests. And someone has booked for 35 nights. Payout says $27 per night. Can someone explain this??

There's a place to set a monthly discount.  The site may have preset that for you.  I find this sort of thing happens occasionally, which is why about every two weeks I check and double check every setting on my listing.
