Pending reservation

I booked a room and got charged for it but the status is pending and I still have no answer from the host, what can I do? I'm supposed to arrive today, it seems that I can't even cancel, help.

check if you have to complete your identification. When a booking is pending could be for this reason if the Host ask for higher criteria of identification.

 

I hace 4 validations, I dont know what el se to add.

I have 4/validations and which includes my I'd, I don't know what else could be missing. Any idea?
I also tried to send her a message but up until now I have no teplies
