Hi all 

Do you allow possible guests to view your place personally before the make desicions to commit to booking? I'm getting these request and feel it's not necessary since your profile give an idea what to expect. Please advise your take on this..

No you don't need to offer this option.  As you say through your description of your listing, ,local amenities and photos they should have the information they need.

Ask them what sort of information are they looking for that they can't see on your listing?

Some guests want to do this so they can try and negotiate a discount or go outside of Airbnb to save on fees.

How long are they wanting to stay for?

Thanks for your feedback. It's mostly those for longer stays, 30days..

I absolutely agree with you, they want to negotiate. 

I do feel it also poses unnecessary risks if everything is not monitored by Airbnb.
