Im Peter, Kevin's co-host, i had a conversation with one of your colleague about one of my listing guest and the inconvenience what she had. It was the KZ52 apt and the guest name was Victoria.

Well the phone call is broke immediately as i searched for the message what i got, your colleague said about a proper refund? 

Please if you see this help me, and many sorry i didnt put the phone to your colleague its just broke.
