Hi there, there are two main issues I encountered for booking my first business trip.
1. My cell phone number is not supported for verification, had workaround to use my Google voice number. Provider is Cricket, I understand it is not ATT or Version, etc, but since my Google voice number works, I would expect that Cricket would work too.
2. My business credit card cannot see temp small charges to verify it, because I do not have account for the card. Had workaround to use Paypal which had my business credit card. I also uploaded a statement for verification, but not received verification result yet.
Hope it will be improved. This time it took me more than a day to book.
