Have someone trying to book my flat but it is not letting her as she has to upload photo ID. She says she has used air bnb and not needed to do this before. Is this new or is it in my settings? Thanks

@Rachel991 it is in your settings and it is a good thing you have it as a requirement. You can choose to accept guests without verified ID but I wouldn't recommend it.
