According to my opinion, now it is more complicayed not to see the photo of somebody who wants to book a room. I don't agree with your decision not to show a photo of guest who ask for a booking. I need more time now, before accept the guest I wish to see his/her face.

I agree it would be more pleasant to see the picture of the guest who is asking to book and I don't really understand how does it prevent discrimination. I mean... I would rather be declined before booking then to arrive on the destination and to find out my host doesn't like the color of my skin or my nationality.

 

But... the picture can give you a wrong impression sometimes ... for example, I got a booking from a young man whose name and surname sounds ... well.... artistic :))))  and his picture was with a glass in his hand and a girl at a party :))) So, not really a type of guest we dream about 🙂  But he was a great guest, no problems at all 🙂
