Please complete additional verification step - adding payout method

Hi there,

I was trying to change my payout method but it didnt direct me to another website where I can enter my banking details, instead it kept asking me to "please complete additional verification step". What do I need to do to complete my verification step now? I didn't remember I had to do this last time I add my payout bank details.
