Please help asap!

I own 2 listings on the same property.  I have a guest wanting to book both to accommodate her party of 7.  I have sent special offers on both, but hers come to an incorrect amount.  One home was $275/night and I sent a special offer of $250/night.  When she recieves it, on the left side it says the correct amount, but then when sho goes to book it, it shows $231.75 plus the service charge of $153.55 - it does not show  $250 plus service charge.  I have the same issue with her on the other which is $375/night and on her side it is showing $386.25 a night.
