Poor Quality Photos

Dear All, I wonder if you can provide me with some guidance. I am unhappy with the poor quality of photos which Airbnb provided a photographer. Promising the earth as ever but the photos are badly lit, clumsy and have not increased my foot traffic. I have tried to address the matter with Airbnb who tell me to employ my own photographer! Not entirely helpful. I am very annoyed at the effort and time as well as funds wasted on their recommendation. Can anyway suggest how I can get them to read my concerns and address them properly? I do not want to litigate on what is less than £100 but it is the principle of the matter. I work hard to support my family and this seems like a rip off to me.

Thank you

Dear Jasmine, take some pictures yourself and replace the poorly lit ones, you won't recoup your losses but at least you will have better pictures and have some control of your listing's public face. Next time, use the travel credit & consider the current fiasco educational, best of luck, Sally
