Popular rental months

I’m new to Air an& B and am wondering if the fall months of Sept. October, & November are popular months in Pt. Charlotte for rentals?

They are not the most in demand   Your most popular and in demand months are January February and March.  Sometimes April can be in demand.  I own there so I do have some experience in that area for the last 4 years.

Yeah, I'll echo what Debbie said. January through March have typically been hot for me. Often times I'll see an uptick for one-off events (e.g. ACC Championship, NBA All-star game, etc.) but those are sporadic.

I've actually seen more demand in the summer months. My listing's near Frazier Park, maybe that's the difference?
