Portland,OR Short term rental permits

I'm just starting to set up my Airbnb listing in Portland, OR. Is there a consulting service you can recommend that will come out, look at the room, and tell me if there's anything I need to do to ensure that the inspection for the short-term rental permit from the City of Portland goes smoothly? I don't want to put all this money into renovating the space if I won't be able to get the permit.

She basically specializes in exactly what I think you're looking for with the City of Portland's permitting process.
