How do I decline without receiving demerits?

If you have a minimum of 3 nights, guests cannot send a reservation request for less than 3 nights.

Therefore it must be an enquiry you've received, with enquiries all you have to do is message the guest within 24hrs saying its not possible or something similar. If the count down clock doesn't disappear refresh your screen and it'll go away.
